This programme will provide you with both theoretical knowledge and practical experience in the workplace, helping you gain a Short Term and Long Term Insurance NQF Level 4 qualification. Although the learnership does not guarantee permanent employment, it equips you with invaluable experience to kick-start your career in the insurance industry.

Role Purpose:

The learnership is a structured programme that allows you to gain experience in various areas such as Claims and Operations. Successful completion will give you a recognized qualification and the opportunity to develop professional skills. The learnership runs for 12 months and offers a stipend of R5,500 per month.

Key Responsibilities:

Process:

  • Participate actively in both classroom sessions and practical on-the-job training.

  • Age: Between 18-25 years old
  • Education: Must have completed Grade 12 (NQF Level 4)

    • Pure Mathematics: 60% OR
    • Mathematical Literacy: 70%
  • English Requirements: 65% or higher
  • Employment Status: Must be currently unemployed
  • Previous Learnership: Applicants should not have participated in a learnership before.
